Step 1: Application Process

APPLICATION & QUALIFY: View the electronic version of the Application and Qualifying Approval Criteria by clicking HERE.

FEES: There is an application fee of $35 per person or $50 per couple and an administrative fee of $100. The administrative fee will hold your unit until your move-in date.

INCOME: To verify income, please send the two most recent pay check stubs or other income-verifying documents to skyvistacommons@sbcglobal.net

IDENTIFICATION: Please provide a photo copy of your current government-issued ID. Once Sky Vista has received all of the above stated items, you will be contacted by the leasing staff and your move-in date will be confirmed.

Step 2: Approval Process

The Sky Vista Leasing Staff will contact you and notify you of your approval OR approval upon condition. In the event you do not get approved, your administrative fee of $100 will be refunded within 30 days. The application fee is non-refundable.

Step 3: Move-In Process

Schedule an appointment with the Sky Vista Commons office to sign your lease. The items below are required prior to signing the lease on your move-in day:

  1. A copy of Renter’s Insurance ($100,000 liability) with an Endorsement showing the owner as Additional Insured (SVC North owner: SV Commons, LLC/SVC South owner: SWD Quarry SVC2, LLC)
  2. NV Energy confirmation number
  3. The balance of the security deposit and any prorated rent due
